From September 16 to 18, 2025, the Bioflavor 2025 conference (Biotechnology for Flavors, Fragrances, and Functional Ingredients) was held in Frankfurt, Germany. Shenzhen Yupeng Technology Co., Ltd. presented two posters on its bioflavor research results, focusing on fermentation process optimization and enzyme gene mining and characterization.
