On November 7th, Yupeng Technology held its first Production Department Batching Skills Competition to improve employee batching skills and work quality, stimulate competition, and promote teamwork and experience exchange. Thirteen employees from the production line enthusiastically signed up to participate, with both new and veteran employees competing against each other to showcase their talents.

The order of each contestant was determined by drawing lots by Production Manager Tian, ​​who included a list of all 13 contestants. Two teams competed simultaneously, with the clock starting from the moment the order was issued. Participants were required to demonstrate their skills in various areas, including operational standardization, batching speed, and accuracy. Amidst the intense competition, the contestants performed methodically and with a constant pursuit of excellence, fully demonstrating the professionalism and skills of the frontline production staff.

This competition has strict and detailed scoring criteria. To ensure fairness, impartiality, and transparency, a panel of judges from various departments, including production, R&D, and quality, will serve as on-site "proctors." The judges will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on operational specifications, ingredient accuracy, and ingredient speed, ultimately selecting the winners.

After fierce competition, the top three and outstanding award winners were selected from 13 employees. The company leaders awarded certificates to the winners and congratulated them.

This workshop competition provided a stage for employees to compete in skills, achieving the goal of promoting learning, practice, and training through competition.
